Five Music Videos Worth Your Time

Hey All!

Nothing really eloquent today. Just thought I’d share a few (re: five) music videos from YouTube I particularly enjoy. Hope you do too!

First off, we have the latest Lindsey Stirling! It took me a moment to remember where I’d heard this music. Some sort of video game, I think, but I haven’t played it. I just heard the original version of “Senbonzakura” elsewhere on YouTube. I like it! And, of course, Lindsey’s got the moves!

Second and third, a pair of Disney Medleys I’ve enjoyed listening to a number of times. The first stars acapella artist Peter Hollens, featuring Alex G.

And this one stars producer Jervy Hou and singer Bri Heart. Ah, her voice is so sweet and tender! I dare you to listen to her an not feel your eyes moisten just a little. 😉

Fourth: a cover of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” by a trio of guys: Alex Goot, Dave Days, and Chad Sugg. You know, it says something that I prefer this version over the original. Namely, these three make the song actually sound good. 😉

Last, but not least, this lovely lady, Jasmine Thompson, posted her cover of Ed Sheeran’s “I See Fire,” from The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Somehow, out of the numerous versions of this song, both the many covers and even the original, which I have heard, I’ve found this one to be the most enchanting.
